Senior Relationship Manager

Freesource LLC, America’s leading social media consulting agency, is seeking a number of Senior Relationship Managers to facilitate the company’s rapid growth. This position will report directly to the company president and oversee every aspect of account management for some of the world's most prestigious organizations.

Key responsibilities include developmental sales to large, global companies, identifying customer needs, contract negotiation, managing customer satisfaction efforts, and coordinating deliverables of our marketing consulting activities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a candidate possessing these qualifications:

• 7+ years experience selling to senior executives and large clients.
• Flexible and versatile enough to work within a fast-paced start-up.
• Based in Philadelphia Area (20-30% travel).
• MBA
• Experience with consultative sales process
• Deep understanding of web 2.0 and social media
• Established relationships with Fortune 500 clients
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Self-directed worker with leadership experience
• Big-picture thinker who sweats the details
