Stephen J. Andriole, Ph.D., is the Thomas G. Labrecque Professor at Villanova's School of Business where he teaches and conducts applied research in business technology optimization, business strategy and due diligence.  He is formerly a SVP and CTO at Cigna and Safeguard Scientifics.  He is the co-founder of The Acentio Group.  He is the author of thirty books on analytical methodology, information technology and business strategy. His most recent books are Best Practices in Business Technology Management (Auerbach, 2008) and Technology Due Diligence (IGI Publishing, 2008).

Russ Rosa is co-founder of Q-Max Technologies, an organization that provides executive coaching, seminars, and corporate program designs. He created The Source Conversation, the company’s core technology. He is the founder of Villanova University's Alumni Association of Entrepreneurial Executives.

Raymond C. Egan, Chairman of the Board, MethylGene, Inc
Mr. Egan has over four decades of healthcare, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry experience. He was a founder of eMedguides.com, a publisher of internet website directories for physicians which was sold to Thomson Healthcare. Over the course of 26 years Mr. Egan held various executive leadership positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb and presently serves as Chairman for MethylGene, a Canadian public biotech.
